This is beautiful! <3 Aradia is my absolute favorite!

I was just wondering though...uhmm... How did you make the glow-y thing the way you did in the gif? I wanted to try and do that with my picture,( [link] [obviously when I'm done with it]) and I don't know how to even begin... ;A; I'm sure it's much easier than I'm making it out to be but I just... I would really appreciate some help...

Ahh thanks!

It's super simple really! you make your glow effect, set it to screen or lighten, and then in the animation window, make a new lay and turn the light effect layer off. then tween the two layers (in the animation window) and hit ok. set the time you want and that's it! you got a glow!
